The Weighfish TD app serves as a comprehensive fishing tournament management tool designed exclusively for Tournament Directors. With its intuitive interface, this app enables directors to efficiently record and monitor all essential tournament data right at the weigh-in, eliminating the need for manual note-taking or complex payout calculations. Ideal for organizing fishing tournaments or overseeing competitions within fishing clubs, the app seamlessly syncs with the website, making tournament results instantly accessible to interested parties.

One of Weighfish's standout features is its ability to track Tournaments as part of a Tournament Series. To start, a Tournament Director establishes a Series and subsequently adds upcoming tournaments to it. On the day of the tournament, anglers can be effortlessly registered as they sign up, with vital data like number of fish, live fish count, big fish, and total net weight inputted during the weigh-in. Weighfish then automatically determines each angler's rank in the tournament. Moreover, if desired, the app can calculate tournament payouts, alleviating the need for manual computations post-event. Additionally, past tournaments can be archived within the app for historical reference.

Noteworthy is the app's functionality both in areas with and without cellular service. Tournament results recorded offline are synchronized once the app reconnects to cellular data or Wi-Fi.

Key Steps for Fishing Tournament Directors:

1. Download and install the App
2. Create an account
3. Log into the App
4. Create a Tournament Series
5. Add Tournaments to the Series
6. Set up Auto-Payouts and any desired features for each Tournament
7. During participant registration on tournament day, enter anglers' names into the Tournament format (without weights at this stage)
8. Upon completion of registration, access final payout details on the Tournament Stats page to determine prize distribution from entry fees
9. During weigh-in, input participants' results into the App as fish are weighed
10. Post-weigh-in, utilize Auto-Score Results feature to calculate winners and distribute prizes accordingly
11. All results are promptly displayed on the relevant Tournament page

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS

• This app provides monthly or annual subscription options
• Payment is billed to your Apple ID Account upon purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Users can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal via Account Settings post-purchase
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period expires
• Cancellation is possible at any time; note that refunds are not provided for remaining subscription time periods
• Tournaments and Series created during an active subscription remain unaffected by subscription expiration
